Shadowed by the San Jacinto Mountains, our 24 acre full service resort offers a great facility with spectacular views. We offer the best of both worlds, as you will experience a true resort ambiance while being conveniently located only one mile from the world famous Palm Canyon Drive. We offer coas well as downtown Palm Springs. The resort features 476 guest rooms located in eight, two and three-story buildings surrounding our two beautiful pool locations.

The Riviera offers 476 spacious guest rooms and suites. Situated on 24 acres, the rooms are arranged in eight low-rise resort buildings that offer abundant views of the beautiful landscaping and San Jacinto Mountains. Many of the rooms have outdoor patios that allow our guests to enjoy the perfect desert weather.

All of our guest rooms feature oversized beds, individually controlled central air conditioning and heating units, in-room coffee makers, small refrigerators, in-room irons and ironing boards, cable, color TVs with in-room movies, lighted make-up mirrors, and multi-line phones with dataports.

1 or 2-bedroom Jacuzzi Suites with private outdoor whirlpool

In addition to our standard room amenities, our Jacuzzi Suites include black marbled bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs and separate showers. Your own private patio offers an additional outdoor jacuzzi for your relaxation. The living room portion of the suite contains a wet bar with refrigerator and an additional patio overlooking our main pool.

1 or 2-bedroom Poolside Suites

In addition to our standard room amenities, our Poolside Suites include black marbled bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs and separate showers. The living room portion of the suite contains a wet bar with refrigerator and your own patio or balcony overlooking our main pool.

In addition to our standard room amenities, our Parlor Suites include an oversized living area with a pullout sleeper sofa, television, dining table and wet bar. Several of our Parlor Suites feature oversized balconies or patios.

The Riviera Resort offers its guests an abundance of recreational activities on property that feature our 18-hole, lighted putting course, nine championship tennis courts (5 lit courts for evening play), volleyball, basketball, and a newly upgraded workout room. Together with the largest pool that Palm Springs has to offer, the resort remains a fun and active setting.

The Palm Springs VillageFest offers a very unique setting for all of our guests as Palm Canyon Drive truly transforms into a village atmosphere. Held every Thursday evening, this event offers food, drink, and music with some of the greatest arts and crafts in the area.

First Friday on North Palm Canyon
On the 1st Friday of each month North Palm Canyon will showcase unique and eclectic retailers who specialize in everything from mid-century modern merchandise to antiques and from trendy boutiques to fine art. The merchants of North Palm Canyon Drive from Amado Road south to Tachevah Drive on the north point of the Uptown Heritage District, an area that is now the fashionable area to see and be seen.

They don't call Palm Springs the "golf capital of the world" for nothing. Not only are there more than 100 golf courses in the valley area, but they are also among the world's most beautiful. In fact, if you watch golf tournaments on television, you've already seen many of them. They star in the highly-rated network golf special. Tennis is the sport that originally built Palm Springs golf. Movie stars Charlie Farrell and Ralph Bellamy began their famed golf Racquet Club in Palm Springs to attract their Hollywood golf friends. Be warned, however, the gorgeous mountains in the background may play havoc with your concentration.
